The secrets of quick weight loss this 2012!
I have compiled a list of articles and videos for you to know how to lose weight effectively and quickly. Note that not everything in this article is going to be relevant or effective to some, but all I llisted here are those tecniques that are fast, reliable and of course, safe.

To summarize, all you have to do is Keep track of how many calories you eat, burn or cut out those extra calories (by excercising and eating less).
That is the most effective I think, but you also do crash diet but I do not recommend it cause it is not that safe.
How about burning fat? Most people want to use fat for energy, which makes sense. We figure, the more fat we can use as fuel, the less fat we'll have in our bodies. But, using more fat doesn't automatically lead to losing more fat. So i suggest that you do it targeting the areas you want such as hips and those love handles!
Now we all know that calories is equals to being heave, right? Well, we can burn 300 calories max in 30 minutes did you know that?
First of all use Treadmill for 30 minutes.Bike - it is fun, cheap, and environment friendly!Jog/walk briskly for 30 minutes!Next is motivation, you should really be motivated when targeting weight loss and of course it may require hardwork and all, but the rewards are impecible. be sure to also chart your progress.Some helpful videos on weight loss:
